Exhibitors

The levels for exhibitors are as follows:

Bronze: $200 for program listing  

Silver: $400 for program listing and tabling

Gold: $600 for program listing, tabling, and a full-page advertisement

Platinum: $1000 for program listing, tabling, a full-page advertisement, and a 3-minute presentation at the business meeting

Attendance for Monday night’s dinner & plenary presentation is $100 per person.
